President Muhammadu Buhari was amongst the Moslem faithfuls across the globe and in Nigeria that observed the Eid-el-Kabir prayer on Saturday at the Kofor Arewa Praying Ground, Daura, Katsina State.
The President trekked from the praying ground to his residence after the prayer.
Tumultuous crowd , singing his praise, followed the President from the praying ground all the way to his residence.
As part of the celebration, President Buhari hosted youth corpers (National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) ) , serving in Katsina.
In his magnanimity, and in accordance with the joy of the celebration, the President donated N1 million and 10 cows to the youth coppers. The President hosted diverse groups and dignitaries from across the country, who came to felicitate and celebrate Salah with him in his Daura residence
